The Bipartisan Policy Center and the Foundation for Opioid Response Efforts (FORE) held an in-depth discussion on the opioid epidemic ahead of the election. Experts, including Program Director Regina LaBelle, shared insights from a recent national survey on Americans’ views of the opioid epidemic and evaluated the government’s response to the crisis. The discussion also highlighted strategies to combat the epidemic. Watch the discussion on their website.
Earlier in September, Professor LaBelle was also featured on The Killing Drugs podcast, where she discussed harm reduction measures to best address the fentanyl crisis. Listen to the podcast on the Brookings website, or watch the video version on YouTube.
