Over 95% of graduates found employment or continued education within 6 months of graduation. 44% of students work in the non-profit sector, 22% in state government, and 11% each in federal government, the legal sector, healthcare, and continuing education.

Most alumni (56%) found jobs in the DMV area post-graduation. Student job titles include prevention specialist, advance associate, policy fellow for mental health, and senior policy analyst.
