Tuition and Financial Support
At Georgetown, we believe that your education is an investment. That’s why the Master’s Program in Addiction Policy & Practice is offered at a discounted tuition rate of $1,747 per credit, saving you $900 per credit compared to the standard graduate tuition rate. As such, the total cost for the full 30-credit program is $52,410 during the 2025-2026 academic year. Tuition fees exclude individual health care or health insurance premiums, books and supplies, student fees, room and board, visas, and incidental expenses. More detailed information about tuition and fees can be found on the Office of Revenue and Receivables website.
Due to the generosity of external donors, enrolled MS-ADPP students are also eligible to apply for program funds in order to submit papers, attend conferences, purchase books, and more; please note that these funds cannot cover tuition costs. Please contact the program at addictionpolicy@georgetown.edu for more information on applying for program funds.
- Graduate students working towards their Master’s in Addiction Policy & Practice may finance their degree through a combination of sources such as fellowships, employer benefits, VA benefits, federal student loans and external scholarships.
- Georgetown University is a Yellow Ribbon institution. If you are a member of the military, please contact our Assistant Registrar for Veteran/Military Benefits at militarybenefits@georgetown.edu or the Military and Veterans’ Resource Center at veteranservices@georgetown.edu for more information about your benefit eligibility.
